Active Balance for Falls Prevention Workshop

Older adults who have impaired balance are at great risk of falling. Injury Matters' Stay On Your Feet® program are hosting a half day workshop, aimed at exercise and fitness professionals who work with older adults, focusing on the importance of balance in falls prevention.
