Homelessness Week 2023 

Each year Shelter WA host Homelessness Week to raise awareness of the impact of homelessness and the solutions needed to end homelessness. Running from Monday 7 to Sunday 13 August, this year’s national Homelessness Week theme is “It’s time to end homelessness.”

Kidsafe WA Child Injury Prevention Symposium
Growing Up Safely on Farms 

The countdown is on until Kidsafe WA’s Farm Safety Symposium, bringing together injury prevention practitioners, regional health professionals, and farming families to share their experience and knowledge of raising children safely in farming environments.

Nominations are now open for the 2023 WA Mental Health Awards. Hosted by the Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH), the official Awards Ceremony and Celebration function will be held on Thursday 23 November at the Hyatt Regency Perth.

2024 WA Youth Week Grants 

Funding of between $1,500 and $3,000 is available to community organisations and local governments to stage events during Youth Week 2024. Running from 5 to 12 April, Youth Week is a chance to celebrate the positive contributions of young people in the community.
