The Local Government Homelessness Knowledge Hub
The Local Government Homelessness Knowledge Hub is a place for local governments to share information and to inform evidence-based homelessness solutions that respond to local community needs.
The information supports elected members and staff working across a range of functional areas such as urban planning, community safety, community development, libraries, customer service, and other frontline staff, to set policy, strategy and good practice based on evidence of what is needed to end homelessness.

Rural Road Safety Month – September
Australian Road Safety Foundation’s Rural Road Safety Month campaign targets regional and rural road safety. Deaths on rural roads accounted for almost two-thirds of the 2023 road toll, despite fewer than a third of Australia’s population residing outside major cities.
