WARSEC was established as a collegiate group in 2003 supporting road safety programs and initiatives targeting children and young people, aged from birth to 24 years. It has continued to provide a forum and strategic platform for the coordination of road safety education efforts that align with the WA Road Safety Strategy Towards Zero.
