Age Well – Senior Exercise Classes

No matter your age or physical condition, it’s never too late to start exercising and get fit. These classes will help you get started safely and make it fun.
Exercise improves your strength, flexibility, and posture, which in turn can help with your balance and coordination, and reduce your risk of falls.

Strength training can also help alleviate the symptoms of chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, and osteoporosis.
Getting moving can help boost your energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of illness or pain as well as your weight.

Classes focus on balance control, resistance training, mobility, strength, fitness and wellness in general, and you have the opportunity to grab a cup of tea and biscuit after class for you to stay and enjoy a chat.

Classes are $10 each.
