Falls Prevention Class

This balance and strengthening class focuses on the muscles required for walking, balance, and posture stabilisation, and includes education about how to prevent falls. The classes are led by a exercise professional and suitable for people with arthritis and osteoporosis. Standing/sitting exercises – no requirement to lie on floor or get down onto knees.
