Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Corporation is located in the the Rockingham Kwinana district in the greater southern part of Perth, WA. The organisation aims to support the health and wellness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the area. It exists to develop and strengthen the relationship between all local services, agencies and the community and to improve the planning, evaluation and delivery of health services.
