Tai Chi – Karrinyup

Authentic Yang style Tai Chi is an enjoyable and gentle form of exercise with many health benefits, including improved balance, posture, circulation, calmness, coordination and strength.

Tai Chi originated as a martial art and now promotes long life through better health and happiness.
Loose comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended.
